We visited the site of the conversion project, Belmont Lofts in Capitol Hill yesterday. We were happy to see that major exterior renovations were taking place. Being replaced was siding, windows, decks, and the roof. The interiors were well appointed. Most homes we looked at had large closets, all had washer and dryers in the home, wood burning fireplaces, wood flooring, and there were some unique floorplans. The lofted units were interesting and some had nice city and space needle views. Each home comes with a parking spot and storage unit. And the location is great if you love Capitol Hill. It is only blocks from the excitement of Broadway. The condos start at $199,000.
