Alex has finally released their website. As their large marketing sign denotes Alex will be constructed on the corner of 1st Ave and Bell Street in Belltown. The style of the building will be a blend of historical charm and modern materials and engineering. It will contain only 34 condo homes ranging from 600 to 1200 square feet and will cost you somewhere from $500,000 to over $2 million. There will be 1 and 2 bedroom plans and the building is slated for completion in September 2008.
