Another Condo Auction is on the horizon. The condominium tower 5th and Madison will be auctioning off its remaining 18 units on March 28th at the Grand Hyatt Seattle.
This green built 126 unit 24 story tower consists of mainly 1 bedrooms and offers its residents a gym, a guest suite, a lounge, a veranda and a pet area. With prices to date starting in the high $300's we are interested in hearing what their auction prices will be. Stay tuned.
