Gallery and Brix Condominiums Go Auction

The Gallery Condominiums in Belltown and the Brix Condominiums in Capitol Hill are following the new construction trend and going Auction.

On September 27th, the remaining units at both Schnitzer West Seattle properties will be auctioned off at the Grand Hyatt. The Brix will begin at 1pm and Gallery will follow at 6pm.

Gallery will be offering 43 homes with the lowest starting bid of $195,000 up to $499,000. You will have your pick of open 1 beds, 1 beds, and 2 beds ranging in size from 586 to 1,438 square feet.


Brix will be offering 40 homes with the lowest starting bid at $165,000 up to $295,000. Here you will have the option of open 1 beds, 1 beds, 2 beds, and townhomes units ranging in size from 521 to 1,207 square feet.
