The Martin is the last Vulcan Real Estate project to release out of their 4 upcoming projects and is the only one not to reside in South Lake Union. The Martin, whose moniker is the original name of the Cinerama, will sit right next door to the movie theater on 5th and Lenora nestled between the neighborhoods of Belltown and Downtown. The 24 story building is slated for completion in 2008. Unique to The Martin is the fact that most of the buildings amenities, the fitness center and community room, will be on the top floor allowing all owners to enjoy the views. Two roof top terraces with fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, barbeques, pea-patches, and fire pits will also be set against the backdrop of amazing views.
The sales process for The Martin has yet to be released by the Sales Team at Vulcan. Stay tuned for information, we will post it as it becomes available.
