The Gallery recently had its VIP Preview Event and Preview Weekend with great turnout. The Private Presale Event will be taking place this weekend October 21st and the 22nd. At this event Buyers can take advantage of presale opportunitites prior to the public opening. This is intended to save buyers the headache of crowds and allow them to take advantage of introductory pricing. Appointments with each buyer will be scheduled to take place during the weekend and this is when the buyer can select a specific unit and place a reservation on it with a $10,000 refundable deposit. These reservations will be converted into purchase and sales the following week.
Gallery, located at 2nd and Broad in Belltown, is scheduled for completion in mid 2008. The building will feature an owner's lounge with kitchen, a fitness center, rooftop garden, 2 guest suites, a dog park and wash area, a 7th floor lounge, and a fully equipted business center. Home plans include open 1 bedrooms, sky lofts (2 story 1 bedroom plus den lofts, traditional 1 and 2 bedrooms, street level townhomes, and penthouses.
