AVA, a new building that will be constructed at the corner of 8th and Pine Street Downtown, held its first preview events last week. We were lucky enough to be the first group through the door. It will be a mixed use building with a hotel taking floors 8 through 15 and the condominium homes comprising 18 to 37. Among the amenities are an outdoor pool, business center, rooftop lounge, media room, owners lounge, fitness facility, as well as the hotel services. Floorplans range from studios to stately custom homes known as the Estates. Homes will be priced from $400,000 up to 5 million.
