Site work has started for Vulcan's two-tower mixed use development at Westlake and Denny, right across the street from 2200. The project, known as Enso, includes a 12 story office tower alongside 19 stories of residential condominiums atop a five story retail and office podium. There will be 135 condos, 300,000 sq ft of office, and 25,000 square ft of retail. Occupancy is set for early '09.
