
Well, Touchstone Corporation out of Seattle plans to build office space, retail space and a hotel in the southwest portion of this property. They don't plan to start construction for several more years but apparently have already secured a financial source and a potential tenant for the space.
Touchstone believes that because the Puget Sound is "a coastal gateway to Asia with a well-educated work force, it will be one of a half-dozen or so markets to rebound more quickly than the rest of the country".
