On June 17th we popped over to Gallery Condominiums Broker Open House to revisit them and hear about their new pricing and incentives.
Here is what is happening at Gallery:
- Buyer Bonus - 3% of purchase price up to $10,000
- Choose an optional wall, slider or closet combo build out
- Interest Rates starting as low as 3.5%
- FHA / VA Financing Available
The Buyer bonus and wall build out options apply if a Buyer writes up a deal between 6/18 and 8/31 and closes by 9/30.
Prices now start at $239,000! Some homes prices were dropped by over $150,000! But most saw price drops between $40,000 and $100,000.
