Harvard and Highland

We visited the luxury condominium development of Harvard and Highland last week. It was spectacular.

Nestled amongst the stately mansions of the Harvard-Belmont Historic District, this impressive enclave of 5 buildings surround a serene courtyard featuring beautiful gardens and water elements.

The buildings contain 38 single level homes ranging in size from 1750 to 2500 square feet. All of the homes are appointed with luxury finishes such as granite, high quality kitchen appliances, large closets and storage spaces, and even air conditioning.

What makes them special? The buildings were constructed of concrete and steel, which is usually used only in high rise buildings, have high speed elevators, only 2 or 3 homes per floor, every home home comes with 2,3, or 4 parking spaces, large outdoor spaces, and state-of-the-art acoustically engineered designs making for quiet interiors.

Offered at $1.1 million and up.
