
We attended the Enclave Preview Event on Thursday and learned more about the limited collection of 21 three-story waterfront residences slated to break ground once enough purchase reservations are made.
The homes will be scaled from 2,500 to more then 3,000 square feet and will be priced from the the low $1 millions. There will be several floorplans to choose from but all will have 2 bedrooms, private garage parking, and private roof top terraces with built-in fireplaces. The views will be impressive. Breathtaking panoramas of Lake Union will be visible from all homes and some will be lucky enough to see Downtown, Space Needle, Queen Anne and Gas Works Park. With their Western exposure, the sunsets will likely be spectacular.
