Yesterday we attended the Enso Brokers Event. The event took guests through the common spaces and model units on floor 12 as well as one penthouse unit.
Overall, we felt that the project looked great, reminiscent of the looks and quality of the Cristalla Condominiums in Belltown, which we used to live in.
The typical floor plate includes 1 open one bedroom, 6 one bedrooms, 1 one bedroom with a den, and 2 two bedroom homes. All homes include garage parking and storage.
Of these plans here are their square footage and price ranges:
- Open 1 Bedrooms: 683 sf ranging from $325-$380
- 1 Bedrooms: 712 to 980 sf ranging from $355-$520
- 2 Bedrooms: 1,279 to 1,388 sf (price ranges not specified; likely be be mid $700s and up)
- Penthouses and two-story loft opportunities are also available from $980-$1.5 million
The common areas consist of a large party room with lounge space, dining table, TV, full kitchen and patio with BBQ and city views, and a gym and guest suite.
