Is the economy picking up? According to the Forbes article regarding Fed Chairman Bernanke's testimony to Congress, it is.
Bernanke feels that with the expectation that the housing market is stabilizing and the actions of the White House in terms of the Stimulus Package there will be growth in the economy later this year.
He feels that this recovery will be U-shaped with gradual growth over time.
