Land Use Bulletins

Every several days we troll the Department of Planning and Development website and check out all of the applications and decisions for Land Use Permits in the city.

It is not always possible to know whether the building being proposed will be apartments or condos, or even built for that matter, but regardless it is interesting to know where large high rise buildings and other developments might be sprouting up in our city.

Here are a couple that we thought were of interest:

1923 5th Ave(5th and Virginia) - Mixed use project with 200 hotel rooms and 200 residential units

120 Pike Street (1st and Pike) - 22-story building with 92 residential units above administrative offices and retail
114 Pike St (2nd and Pike) - 15 story building with three floors of office, 11 floors of residential and retail

1200 Stewart (Intersection of Denny, Minor, and Stewart) - Two 33-story residential towers (300 units) with commercial/retail

2015 2nd Ave (2nd and Virginia) - 39 story 234 unit residential tower with retail commercial

1931 2nd Ave (2nd and Virginia) - 38 story structure with 185 residential units, 117 hotel rooms and retail commercial
