The Florera in Greenlake will be an environmentally friendly community of condominium homes and is targeted to be LEED Silver Certified. This means that the condominium building will use green construction practice, sustainable resources, and will reflect positive social and environmental values.
The Florera Greenlake will be offering studios, 1 and 2 bedroom homes.
Private preview and priority purchase appointments will begin on November 11th at 10am. The general public opening willbegin Sunday November 12th.
